I am a consultant orthopaedic surgeon at Ipswich Hospital, and I see private patients at Nuffield Health Ipswich Hospital. I look after people with hip and knee problems from their first assessment through to surgery and recovery. My practice is evidence-based: many people do not need an operation, and I will tell you if that is the case for you.
Treatments
Hip replacement
Replacing a hip worn by arthritis, to relieve pain and stiffness.
Revision hip replacement
Redo surgery for a hip replacement that is worn, loose or causing problems.
Knee replacement

Knee arthroscopy and meniscal surgery
Keyhole surgery to repair or trim a torn meniscus when it is needed.
Robotic-assisted hip and knee replacement
